All-grain analyzer and quality checkÂ
The SpectraAlyzer GRAIN is an all-grain analyzer, Near-InfraRed spectrometer. It analyzes the composition of grain samples by measuring the near-infrared absorbance characteristics of their sample spectra.
Easy grain analysisÂ
It is suitable for the compositional analysis of a wide variety of food products, including grains, cereals, oil seeds, and flour. All relevant grain quality, such as protein, moisture, oil, ash, hardness, and water absorption, can be analyzed simultaneously for various grain products. The sample fills directly into the sample cell from the SpectraAlyzer GRAIN analyzer, with no need for grinding or any other sample preparation.
A robust feeding device feeds the sample through the sample chamber, and it is automatically discharged. For powder samples such as wheat flour, an optional Flour Module accessory is available. You can equip each grain analyzer with a test weight module, also known as aka Bushel weight, hectoliter weight, or specific weight, to determine the volume-to-weight ratio of the sample. An automatic path length adjustment allows for rapid analysis of various whole grain and oil samples.
Easy-to-use icon-driven software
The all-grain quality check instrument features an easy-to-use icon-driven software. It operates via the COS (Central Operation Slider) on a modern glass panel and equipped with a 640×480 pixel color TFT display. The innovative graphical user interface is highly intuitive to use. Its glass surface ensures hygienic cleaning and supports long-term, maintenance-free use.
