The vario TOC cube, based on a compact basic unit, offers a wide range of customizable options to perfectly fit your analytical needs. You can choose between manual or automatic sample feeding, as well as liquids or solids analysis. The instrument can analyze TOC alone or include TNb analysis with your choice of three detectors: a two-channel infrared detector (IR) for CO2 and NO, chemiluminescence (CLD), or electrochemical detection (ECD). For TIC analysis in solids, you can add a separate unit. This flexibility ensures a cost-effective and tailored solution for your specific analytical requirements.

Long lifetime & low running costs due to SALTTRAP matrix separation

During the combustion of salt-containing samples, salts can crystallize in the combustion tube, which reduces the lifespan of both the catalyst and quartz glass. The unique SALTTRAP feature of the vario TOC cube ensures user-friendly maintenance intervals for the combustion tube and catalyst, even when handling concentrated salt solutions. This results in significantly lower running costs. Reducing the combustion temperature can slightly decrease crystallization. Only SALTTRAP provides effective glass corrosion protection by trapping the salts at the point where they melt.
