Specifically, the inductar EL cube is a new inorganic elemental analyzer for highly precise and flexible determination of CS and ONH.

It comes with a long-life solid-state high-frequency induction furnace, capable of reaching sample temperaturen tot 3.000 °C. Bovendien maakt de innovatieve technologie het vervelende schoonmaken van oscillatorbuizen en elektroden overbodig.

You can analyze carbon, sulfur, and oxygen using a wide-range IR detector, which covers the entire concentration range. Meanwhile, innovative detection technology enables the precise determination of hydrogen for the first time, while nitrogen concentration is detected via TCD.

Additionally, with an optional camera, operator can observe the gas in real time. Ultimately, these cutting-edge design and technology solutions ensure the highest precision and versatility.

Meetmethode
Depending on the selected functionality, the inorganic sample undergoes either combustion in oxygen at 2,000°C  for CS analysis. Alternatively, it undergoes fusion with helium or argon at 3,000°C for ONH analysis. Subsequently, the system analyzes the resulting gases, following all procedures in compliance with international standards.

Eenvoudige monstervoorbereiding en -behandeling
There is no need for sample preparation, therefore any type of solid samples can be weighed directly using the instrument. For CS, simply load the samples into ceramic containers, while graphite containers are used for ONH, accommodating samples up to 1g. Some specific analyses require additives.

Vijf elementen in één apparaat
The inductar EL cube is the first analyzer to integrate CHNOS into a single device. With a simple switch, users can easily transition from CS to ONH analysis. Routine maintenance ensures that the analyzer operates as reliably and accurately as dedicated specialized analyzers for each element.

Lineaire enkel-/meerpuntskalibratie
An intuitive calibration assistant guides the operator through the calibration process. The system calculates the calibration transparently, is editable, and remains linear and stable for months. You can also save calibration templates for future use.

Lage operationele eisen
Het instrument neemt slechts één meter laboratoriumruimte in beslag en heeft slechts één elektrische aansluiting en één werkgas nodig voor een onderhoudsvrije werking op lange termijn.

Volledig automatisch

Automated, unattended operation is facilitated by the integrated sample changer. Control is manageable through Windows or optional 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software.
