Beer quality checking and controlling instrument
The SpectraAlyzer BRAUMEISTER is a beer quality checking and controlling instrument, offering an ideal solution for routine analysis of major quality parameters during beer production.
In modern brewing quality control, reliable and accurate analytical results are essential to ensure products of the highest and, most importantly, consistent quality. To remain competitive globally, breweries must aim for consistently high yields, top quality, and low production costs.
Designed as a modular system, the SpectraAlyzer BRAUMEISTER solution presents the analytical results of these major quality parameters within 45 seconds:
- Beers: alcohol, density, extracts, bitter units IBU, N-content, FAN and color (EBC).
- Beer Mix drinks: alcohol, density, sugar content, total acidity and pH-Value.
- Cider: alcohol, density, extracs, total acidity, pH-Value, SO2, individual and total sugars, dissolved CO2.
Highly accurate beer quality control
This analyzer eliminates the need for manual sample conditioning and the use of additional (potentially harmful) reagents. It delivers highly accurate beer quality control parameters without extra costs across various production stages such as mashing, lautering, boiling, fermenting, maturation, filtering, and filling.
As a stand-alone system, the analyzer solution is easy and intuitive to operate for beer quality checks and control, even near the production line. Its rugged construction and unique optical sample/reference setup ensure reliable performance in environments with varying temperatures, vibration, and dust.
The SpectraAlyzer BRAUMEISTER includes ready-to-use calibration models and a robust software package. This enables easy model fine-tuning, extensive automated logging, and storage of analytical results on the analyzer itself, within the company intranet, or via the internet.
