The SpectraAlyzer OLIVE offers a simple and convenient way to present samples, featuring a variety of sample cups specially designed for each product.
The SpectraAlyzer OLIVE features a different optical sample interface position in comparison to the traditional SpectraAlyzer system. This allows for more comfortable and easier sample presentation. Samples go on the optical sample interface on top of the instrument. It uses special spectroscopy petri dishes for all olive products, including olives, olive pomaces, soil samples, and leaves. You can use the transflection stamp accessory to determine several parameters in olive oil.

For even faster sample presentation, the SpectraAlyzer OLIVE TW makes it possible. You can place olive products easily on top of the device in the appropriate sample cups.
NIR method
The NIR method of continuous reference/sample measurement developed by ZEUTEC (double beam system) which combines transflectance, transmittance, and reflectance measurements. It is the key to the high sensitivity and long-term drift stability of the olive oil analyzer.
This method delivers reliable multi-component analysis results within seconds for all the olive and olive products mentioned above. There is no need for manual conditioning or the use of additional reagents. With the SpectraAlyzer OLIVE and OLIVE TW, there is no need to dry of weigh olives before analysis, which significantly speeds up the process.
