High-performance refractometer

The robust ATR P critical angle refractometer is ideal for applications in the sugar industry, as well as for determining mixing ratios and mass fractions. The system includes the durable and waterproof ATR P measuring head made of stainless steel, along with the VariControl unit, which features a high-resolution 7″ TFT touchscreen.

Facile à utiliser 

Like all SCHMIDT + HAENSCH instruments, this refractometer is user-friendly while delivering highly accurate and reproducible measurement results. Depending on the application, the ATR P allows for both single and flow-through measurements. The measuring head can be positioned either vertically or horizontally relative to the sample chamber.

Since the measuring head can be used in both horizontal and vertical positions, the ATR-P is capable of measuring liquid samples containing solid matter, making it ideal for quality control of liquids like fruit juice.

Calibration is straightforward with a sucrose solution, and the ATR P measuring head can be easily connected to a PC or laptop.

As always, the proven SCHMIDT + HAENSCH quality includes documentation according to GLP/GMP standards. Additionally, the integrated Aquisys 2 software ensures compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
